Chateau de Miniere

At Château de Minière we are in full preparation for the holidays and new year. The big question is what will we serve our guests? Of course we have no shortage of wine! But which wine goes with which dish? We often get foodpairing questions, so we would like to give you some suggestions for your menu.
  • APERO – Kick off your meal in style: serve your guests the Bulles de Minière Blanc de Noirs with some oysters. A treat for your taste buds, simple and super delicious. The Bulles de Minière Blanc de Noirs is a delicate and refined sparkling wine, fresh and lively. You serve it fresh (8 ° to 10 °).
  •  FIRST COURSE – A classy starter for your diner:  scallops! Festive and can be prepared in so many ways. We combine this starter with our wine L’Oeuvre du Château de Suronde, a gourmet white wine with complex aromas of white flowers and nuts. This wine goes perfectly with starters with fish.
  • MAIN COURSE – For those who want to put a roast on the menu, this tip: Château de Minière Vignes Centenaires. This cuvée is produced exclusively in great vintages and comes from very old vines. This intense, expressive and delicate wine combines power and elegance, an excellent accompaniment to dishes with a nice roast. Ideal for your party menu!
  • DESSERT – And then the grand final in an original and heavenly way: a moelleux au chocolat (chocolate cake) with Bulles Rouge de Minière. An original and surprising sparkling red wine. 100% Cabernet Franc, dry and fruity. A cocktail of bubbles of a beautiful freshness. A festive wine that goes well as an aperitif or with chocolate and red fruit desserts
