Our assortment

The reds and rosés produced at Château de Minière are part of the Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée Bourgueil. They are made 100% Cabernet Franc grapes, which makes it possible to produce refreshing and light wines as well as pronounced wines and cuvees intended for preservation.

A great classic

A natural dry rosé sparkling wine produced according to the ancestral method. It is the result of fermentation in the bottle without the addition of yeast or sugar. Soft pink in color with an expressive and fruity nose. Ideal at aperitif time and to accompany desserts and light meals.

The quintessence of the estate, this wine is made only in the greatest vintages and is grown on old vines planted on the very best tuffeau soils in the appellation. Organic grape juice 100% Cabernet-Franc

This organic grape juice, without additives and preservatives, is made during the harvest. It is naturally sweet and can be used as an addition to the Bulles, but it is also delicious to drink as it is, diluted with water or as a base for a kir.
